Pam Barrett serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Barrett Claims Management, where she provides the strategic vision and executive oversight that guide the company’s operations and long-term success. With more than 44 years of industry experience, Pam has built a reputation as a respected leader in all aspects of claims handling and organizational development.
Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership positions across nonprofit claims entities, for-profit insurance carriers, and independent adjusting firms. This diverse experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the claims ecosystem and the critical relationship between insurance carriers, independent adjusters, and the insured. Her insight into both the operational and interpersonal sides of claims management allows her to craft strategies that are both effective and client-centered.
At Barrett Claims Management, Pam works closely with the Chief Claims Officer and Chief Operations Officer to ensure the infrastructure is in place to meet the evolving needs of clients. This includes overseeing staffing resources, implementing efficient claim workflows, and developing scalable systems that support both catastrophe and daily claims operations.
She plays a hands-on role in identifying trends, guiding training and development programs, and enhancing operational procedures to improve outcomes for clients and policyholders alike. Pam leads with a focus on quality, compliance, and responsiveness—ensuring her team consistently delivers on the company’s high standards.
As the primary liaison for client relations, Pam is actively involved in building and maintaining strong partnerships. She works to ensure client directives are understood and fulfilled while aligning internal teams to uphold service commitments and exceed expectations.

Courtney Vestal serves as the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Barrett Claims Management, where she oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations and infrastructure to support the firm's high standards for service and efficiency. With over 21 years of experience in the insurance industry, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring that both internal teams and client-facing services run smoothly and effectively.
She is responsible for building and maintaining the operational systems that power our claims handling process—including office infrastructure, technology, communication tools, and software platforms. Courtney works closely with our Chief Claims Officer to recruit, vet, and maintain a dedicated roster of experienced adjusters, each selected to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Since obtaining her Florida resident adjuster license in 2007, Courtney has handled a wide range of claim types, including desk-adjusted and fast-track assignments. Her firsthand experience gives her a deep understanding of the tools, training, and support adjusters need to succeed in the field. She also manages all direct communication with adjusters on behalf of our clients, overseeing licensing, CE compliance, certifications, onboarding, training, deployments, system access, and IT support.

Scott Barrett

As Chief Claims Officer at Barrett Claims Management, Scott Barrett provides executive oversight of all claims operations, including daily and catastrophe response services. With more than 17 years of experience in property and casualty claims—12 of those in a management role—Scott plays a vital role in leading the firm's field and desk operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and compliance.
Scott is responsible for training, and credentialing of adjusters, examiners, and team leads across all deployments. He ensures that all personnel meet client-specific requirements as well as licensing and continuing education standards. His expertise includes coverage analysis, investigation strategy, damage valuation, reserving practices, and resolution planning.
He works closely with the Chief Operations Officer to monitor workloads and workflows, ensuring BCM has the resources necessary to respond quickly and effectively to claims across the state of Florida. In the field, Scott performs ride-alongs with both daily and catastrophe staff to provide real-time support and ensure best practices are being followed.
In addition to his operational responsibilities, Scott partners with clients and senior leadership to maintain compliance with service standards, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements. His hands-on leadership and deep industry knowledge contribute to Barrett Claims Management’s reputation for delivering reliable, responsive, and results-driven claims solutions.

As Claims Manager, Moises Camacho leads the oversight of BCM’s Fast Track, Virtual Desk, and Remote Adjusting units with a clear mandate: empower each team member to deliver measurable gains in speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. He sets bold performance targets, then equips adjusters with the training, technology, and autonomy they need to surpass them—transforming individual initiative into collective success.
Moises applies the same ethos to catastrophe operations, synchronizing CAT examiners, field adjusters, and support staff while designing certification programs that elevate skill levels and keep outcomes aligned with client SLAs.
As Dispute Resolution Unit Manager, he fosters ownership and open communication within his appraisal desk team, ensuring timely file updates, thoughtful reserve recommendations, and steady claim progress.
Grounded in deep expertise across multi-peril residential and commercial claims—including water, wind, fire, and sinkhole—Moises blends rigorous policy analysis with collaborative problem-solving. The result: efficient, compliant resolutions delivered by an engaged, empowered workforce.

With direct oversight from management, Kayla manages the assignment queue 24/7, ensuring prompt claim dispatch and immediate adjuster contact. As a licensed insurance adjuster, she monitors diary compliance and provides timely reporting to both management and adjusters, ensuring critical milestones—such as First Contact, Inspections, Reserves, Investigations, Settlements, and Cycle Times—are consistently achieved. Throughout each claim’s lifecycle, Kayla acts as a reliable point of contact for insureds and their representatives, delivering responsive and professional service.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Kayla plays a key role in BCM’s marketing and business development efforts. She collaborates with senior leadership to design and execute promotional strategies, maintain brand consistency, and identify growth opportunities. By fostering strong client relationships and leading targeted outreach campaigns, she enhances BCM’s visibility in the market. John has served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Baywood Technologies, a Software Development, Training and IT Outsourcing firm, where he was responsible for company revenue, new product rollouts, marketing and strategic business development relationships. John also served as founder and CEO of Megabytes Computer Centers of Florida, a retail computer chain, for 12 years.
As the founder and CEO of AppSoft Development Inc. and Chief Technology Officer for Barrett Claims Management, John is applying his expertise in Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Google PPC Marketing and Ecommerce Development & Product Conversion Optimization, Website Design & Development, Mobile APP Development and Software Application Development.
